She went on to complete her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. During her clinical training, Dr. Alex was selected for the Mental Health Focus Shift, where she received training in evidence-based approaches to mental health, with an emphasis on supporting metabolic health and overall physical function.
Dr. Alex’s approach to care incorporates physical modalities, including acupuncture, to support the body’s natural healing processes while addressing underlying imbalances.
